The breakfast area was poorly maintained.

You get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The morning desk clerk made no effort to keep the breakfast bar stocked and clean.

It was perfect for where we needed to be.
The mattress left something to be desired! Would have been nice to have a small fridge.

I really thought everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was neat and clean, but not really attractive.

The staff was very friendly.
Mainly the decor, the bathtub was too Small/Uncomfortable.

They need to redo the bathrooms and the curtains. Plus the pillows should be more comfortable.

The room was very cozy and the staff was very friendly.
The bathroom did not have a sink or mirror in it they were on the outside.

The hotel was very clean the staff was prompt and hospitable, but the only issue was with the bathroom and the fact that these have outside doors so being a smoker I felt a little uneasy outside in the open.

The in-room refrigerator and microwave were stellar.
There was mold in the bathroom fixtures.

Other than the mold in the bathroom fixtures, the room was comfortable for myself and three others who stopped by on my first night there. Because I was in Shelby for a wedding, the staff had to help me with directions a lot. They were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Clean quiet.
Nothing to do like pool exercise.

It was clean and easy to find and the staff was very friendly.
