the front desk clerk . she was great
mold on the shower head told the manager she did nothing. not a sorry . nothing

this is a good hotel for its value . pls check the bathrooms for mold manager did absolutly nothing when we informed her . she just said ok . not good service

Very minimal continental breakfast selection.

This hotel was very clean and pleasant and accommodating. For a few nights in Reno just to hit the pillow look no further. The building is new looking and the parking was good.

They were set up for pets which made a big difference for my wife who has to care for a small dog.
Only one ice machine.

I liked the staff and the room was very comfortable. I would be inclined to stay there on my next trip.

Continental breakfast included. Very nicely made room while we were out.

Perfect for low price stay in Reno/Sparks. The hotel is very close to I-80 but not right next to it, so no freeway noise.
