The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I think it was a smoking room for the last twenty years and was just changed to non-smoking.

It was close to our destination.
It smelled really bad.

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The whole hotel smelled really bad, including the room that was a non-smoking room.

Clean, older but kept up nicely.
Nothing.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, perfect for business travel or traveling to see students at the university. Cost effective and clean, staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The air conditioner worked very well.
It smelled musty, the lighting was dim, the carpet was stained and there was garbage in the parking lot.

Decent room to move about and clean.

My stay was to be near hospital because I had to have a scoping done the next day. Having to cleanse myself before next day exam I chose to stay in Terre Haute to make short trip next morning to do procedure. I found my stay comfortable , pleasant surroundings and felt safe within. I had no problems with the motel in anyway. Service desk person was quick to get us our room and had a nice smile too. Seemed to like her job. read more

Convenient to major shopping, restaurants and highways.
In room safe automatically billed daily, but charge could be removed at checkout.

Convenient location, reasonably clean and recently redecorated. Had all the basic amenities like in-room coffee, hair dryer, good TV service, and alarm clock. Good heat, lighting and plumbing. Continental breakfast available, did not try. Excellent restaurants nearby.
