The lady that checked me in was very polite.
I liked nothing else about this hotel.

I had small gnat like creature flying around all the time. The door had such a large gap a the bottom of the door that large insects kept invading the room. I asked the clerk at the front for some bug spray and was treated extremely rude.

Smelly room and air conditioner, no internet.

The ironing board was broken, air conditioner smelled really bad when operated, and there was no internet access and no help was provided. The office personnel seemed to not care. Would not recommend this hotel.

Clean, spacious, and quiet. The lobby was very nice and the continental breakfast was average.
Maid service comes around a bit to early.

Spacious, clean, and quiet this hotel is easy to get to and close to many restaurants and shopping. We did not experience any problems with our stay here.

For the price and location it was pretty good. My room was clean and kept well. The big problem is the age of the building; the walls are so super thin you can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors. Unless you sleep with the TV on, you will not get good sleep.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the ground was beautiful.
There was not anything I did not like.

The lobby was beautiful, the room clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was located on the Loop 323 with easy access to town.

Generally clean & neat.

Breakfast consisted of very stale donuts and stale cereal, and once in while a staff would make a waffle or two, then wander away.
