The price.
Carpets were dirty.

Good value for spending a couple of nights. Breakfast included had lots of variety.

The parking lot seemed secluded from the hotel.

The rooms were as we expected for a Super 8 Hotel, they've updated some decorations/paint in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi worked. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

Front desk help were very friendly and accommodating - especially working around personal scheduling.
Lousy location, difficult to find poor signage.

Nothing in Victoria is truly affordable nor negotiable. For low-end/budget accommodations, this place is priced considerably above Super 8 standards. At least the staff here overcome a lot of shortcomings with remarkable service.

Desk person was not informed about city attractions.

The hotel room was nicely decorated, very comfortable. It had wireless connection both in the room as well as in the lobby. The continental breakfast had many selections.

Our view from our window had nothing to look at.

The staff were not very helpful, I told them there was a dirty pillow case they did not apologize but just changed it. They were not very sympathetic. some of the staff did not seem very approachable even.

There was a retaurant nearby.
Coming from te ferry terminal required a left turn, which was impossible at the motel.

It seemed dingy and musty in the room at first sight. The elevator door and entrance were dirty.
