Supper clean, good bed, nice location, friendly service, and saves money.
Parking spaces are not enough, breakfast time should be extended to 10:00 or later.

I just can't believe it's only 1.5 star! It's so clean, facilities are so new, and the painting colors of the room are so gentle that it feels just like home. Personally, I really recommend this hotel. I don't think it's fair to rate it 1.5 star; it should be 2.999 star (it has no swimming pool nor fitness center). This hotel really change my impression on Supper 8's; I had a really bad experience with the Supper 8 at San Diego, mice running around, wet carpet, den and bent mattress... But this one is just fantastic! Stay with it, and fear not! read more

Nice room, quiet, quick wireless internet included, airport shuttle included.
Long walking distance from train station, main shopping center etc.

Great value. Highly recommended for a night stay.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, curtesy bus from/to airport.
Located a bit further away from BART station than described.

Overall, the hotel is fine. Our room was clean and supplied with the basics. The smoke alarm battery needed to be changed, as occasionally the alarm beeped loudly, but we were so tired from overseas travel that we crashed anyway. The water pressure in the shower could be better, but I understand that CA has water restrictions which may affect that. Also the toilet stopped up for no apparent reason, but we just getting ready to check out so there wasn't much of a drama. read more

Tiny restaurant for breakfast.

Good and cheap alternative to the downtown hotels. Being close to public transportation makes it desirable.

The location was perfect, and clean.
The decor was ordinary.

For the price, I was satisfied. I would stay there again. It was clean and that is what counts.
