Clean room and bathroom; hotel desk clerk was very accomodating.
The cable TV did not work; the hotel desk clerk tried his best to fix it but could not. He did offer to switch me to another room.

Clean room; clean bathroom. Good value for the money. Bonus of a refrigerator in the room.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating.
Parking.

The staff makes this hotel and they are pleasant and professional and have empathy for the exhausted traveler. I was so happy that I extended my stay. My room was clean and the location and stay met all my needs perfectly.

Close to where we attended comptetition. Clean and friendly.Excellent breakfast facilities.
Coffee in room didn't taste so nice.

Hotel is still under renovations, but you could tell that they were trying to fix everything that was in need of fixing. Their non-smoking rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Continental breakfast was also a plus & generous selection. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future.

It was 5 minutes from my last appointment of the day.
Dirty, looked like a bad neighborhood, run down facility, smelled of cigarettes.

Nothing to say, if you can't tell already, I thought it was horrible. I left the hotel and drove another 1.5 hours that night to sleep on a friend's couch. Thanks a lot.

Convenient location to town and shopping.
Once I paid with credit card they were not willing to credit and take cash to complete the transaction.

I would use it again.

Convenience to highway and price.
Had trouble accessing WiFi, breakfast could have had a lot more variety.

Overall the stay went well. All I really needed was a place to sleep. The room was clean. The breakfast was lackluster. Only had an issue with one staff member who was sluggish and grumpy. The rest of the staff was easy to talk to and relate to. I would stay there again if in the area. Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Could not find the original reservations; and the rooms stink of smoke; unbearable!
