The rooms were super clean, staff very nice and friendly, and the room is what was described.
The food was described a lot better than what it was. It was good, but a little cheaper quality than we expected but it was free so no complaints!

We stayed in a suite and it was a good size room with a king size bed and 50" TV. The air conditioning worked really well which was important cause it was HOT out. The bathrooms were very clean which is important to me. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free continental breakfast was just so so but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again. I care about cleanliness and I would say this hotel is clean and very affordable. For a Super 8 I got more than I expected! read more

Wonderful! Very friendly staff!
Windows were too thin.

What a wonderful find! Waited till the last minute to find a hotel for ACL and decided to go with this one because of the distance to the airport/bus lines. I needed to check in early and the staff did every thing to accommodate my needs, and I ended up with an upgraded room! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very clean rooms and lots of amenities (DVD player with free DVDs, library, breakfast and dessert bar, massages, etc!). Went above and beyond my expectations for a typical super 8 hotel. Only bad thing was the windows were sort of thin, and it was next to a busy highway. Great location overall! Thank you for a great stay! read more

Bed, amenities, staff, room appointments were much better than expected.
Extremely steep entry into parking. If you have a low slung car, take it at an angle.

Late arrival (midnight). Easy to find from airport. Immediate entry and sign-in by night clerk, very helpful. Room was much better than the average economy hotel, setup and appointments were excellent. Feather pillows were a plus, as was the fruit and cake/cookies in the evening. High rating is well deserved. I travel way too much on business and stay at snooty places. This was, in many ways, their equal. Most enjoyable. Wife agrees. read more

The cleanliness and comfort.

This hotel met our overall needs and the price was very reasonable for the location and quality. It was very comfortable, extremely clean, nicely furnished and the continental breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above my expectations to make my stay a great experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Location, price and accommodations were excellent. Staff was the friendliest I have come across in a long time.

The staff at this hotel goes out of the way to ensure that you have a good stay. I had to add an extra day to my trip and the person at the front desk made sure that I could keep the

This was an extraordinary
super
8 Hotel. I strongly suggest the spa Jacuzzi room. It very well could have been a privately owned franchise because the staff was so polite. They really took pride in their hotel.
