Price and availability.
Pool removed, breakfast limited in supply and time served.
Housekeeping needs to be more frequent with garbage and towel service, we got our own each day. Rooms are outdated. Hotel is quite and convenient and price was good for the class of hotel.

The motel was family owned and operated making it a bit like home.
The motel sign needs to be brighter at night.
This motel was a nice place to stay. The lady at the desk was really nice and the morning people were equally friendly. I would stay there again.

Very friendly staff- promptly fixed room heat/ac unit. Room's maid did very thorough job- yet retained our privacy.
Railroad track close by where they like to blow the whistle for about 1 minute at a time.
Price was a little too high for this level of hotel- would place it in the high 40's maybe- the mattress was worn out and that lovely train across the street kept us up most of the night. There is a bar that shares the same parking lot and half the time there was no parking near the room available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless all others were full.

Friendly staff.
I really wish they would have had a microwave and refrigerator.
Nice and clean hotel. But it would be nice to have an ice machine and not have to go to the office for ice. Also the breakfast area was 1 tiny table and not much food. Also it would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge.
