Great water pressure and water temperature in shower.

Location is good in relation to restaurants and shopping.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and needed updating; night staff very unhelpful.

The hotel did not included a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Location: access to major highways, stores, and restaurants is the only plus for this site.
All plumbing drains very slow leading to a plugged toilet, room had musty odor, single small elevator, small cramped breakfast area with little food.

This hotel hardly met our expectations with poor plumbing, musty odors in the room, cigarette burns all over, poor breakfast offerings. I did think the room was actually clean. Not a place I recommend for a family stay.

Nothing I can think of.

The staff was really nice and accommodating! Room was clean and presentable. Price was very reasonable. Would stay there again.

The bed and pillow were comfortable; it was quieter than I expected; good hot water.
There was a short in the lamp by the bed stand; I reported it; it burnt out two bulbs.

If you are economizing and just need a clean place to stay, this is ok. Sign can be seen, but building difficult to get to. In room coffee bad. Lobby coffee ok. Breakfast ok.

This hotel is really quite and very helpful to us.
Room felt small and hard to move around in.

Very clean, easy to find and felt safe in the hotel.
