Nice room, location is about 5 minutes walk from station Was near place holding auto show. Not much food choices nearby without a long trek.
I was waved off by the reception on arrival and ignored when I complained about it.

Really, after being rudely greeted, I can't really express any other opinion about this hotel. I arrived extremely tired after dragging a lot of luggage from the airport to the hotel, looking to rest up. Instead I walk up to the counter and meet a wave of a hand. I sat down patiently only to find the receptionist (who I thought was busy) go ahead and help another guest who just came down the elevator instead. I complained to another staff who just walked behind the counter and he basically ignored me. This pretty much set the mood of my entire stay. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful. Modern bathroom facilities, beds were very comfortable, complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate, bottled water and English newspaper.
