The huge deep bathtubs, largest I've ever seen in a hotel.
The dining room wasn't open for dinner, just breakfast/lunch. Restaurant delivery was available.
This is a ski resort hotel. It is at the top of a steep hill and you need to be careful which way you go in the snow. Rooms are great with the biggest bathtub/shower you will ever see in a hotel. 4 people can bath. Free valet parking and good sized public areas. Rooms have DVD/VCRs and separate living room. Short drive to everything at So. Shore! Across street from Heavenly Ski Resort. Kids will be pleased but bring DVDs and snacks since the rooms have DVD/VCR and fridge & microwave. Kids arcade room and TV lounge in lobby, smaller lounges also on the hotel room floors. read more

Suite layout convenient for travel crib.
Kitchen came with no utensils. Restaurant was not open until 8am.
This would be a great place to stay if skiing at Heavenly (right at base of lifts). Room layout nice for kids to sleep separate from parents (can put crib in front room, which has foldout couch). Enjoyed rooftop shuffleboard. Pool is small. Kitchen in the room.

Luckily our room had two plasma TV's AND a DVD player to play movies we brought with us.
Layout of room and decor are both horrid.
If you want to feel like you are back in the 80's, Tahoe Seasons Resort is the place for you. Our room came complete with gold and acrylic fixtures, a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room (very odd), string lights along steps, and really old paintings. The dining area and tiny kitchenette seemed like they were pulled from an RV and built into the room. I can't believe this was rated 3 stars. It sure put a damper on our mini-vacation in Tahoe. I was pretty sad. read more

I was pleased the rooms were updated.
It had an overall feel of an old resort it definitely needs to be updated.
Overall the resort wasn't bad. It only had parking so I wasn't to pleased with that. The decor needs to be updated. They've updated their rooms and it was better than before I'm sure, but the lobby could use some help. Not bad I guess, but based on the other hotels in it's category this probably should be categorized one star below.

Helpful and friendly staff.
A little outdated in decor.
The amenities were great, the staff was wonderful - both in service and friendliness! The location of the resort is very centrally located - walking distance to Heavenly and 10 minute drive to casinos. I loved all the room - separate living room with convertible sofa to king bed, huge tub/shower, and then queen bed in bedroom. I was with my 2 young children (5 & 4) and it was a very pleasant stay. I loved that there was a microwave and mini-fridge, as well as DVD player, so we could play our kid-friendly movies. The complimentary valet service is definitely a plus! And the bellmen were very punctual and helpful (didn't take forever to get my bags or have them help us when we left). All in all, I would recommend Tahoe Seasons to anyone and look forward to staying here again. read more
