They upgraded us to a junior suite which was very nice.
Nothing to say.
Was a high class place. Everyone was nice. The rooms were more than I expected. They upgraded us on their own which was a nice surprise. Was a junior suite so had 2 beautiful rooms. The shampoo/conditioner/soaps were wonderful. Even gave us a razor and toothbrush and paste. Robes and slippers too.

It's in a very high-end shopping area with nice restaurants nearby.
The bathroom is too small. Hotel staff was not the friendliest.

Beautiful building - nicely decorated with great atmosphere.
The concierge was inaccurate about distances and serving hours for nearby restaurants.
Gorgeous building with great location right across from Boston Commons. Staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Definitely 4 star quality.
