Fabulous view of Teatro Amazonas opera house and Rio Negro from my high floor room.
Lobby was too cold and equipment in exercise room was broken.

Breakfast buffet is good, location excellent, staff knowledge of English sometimes limited, though someone was always at desk with functional abilities. Food otherwise was variable, with good sandwich and pasta, lousy lasagna.

Great Brazilian modern dcor.
Location not central to points of interest.

Hotel staff and accommodations were excellent, but we later found out we paid too much for a taxi to downtown (arranged by the bellman).
