Very noisy, not sound proof! 1st guy at desk was helpful, 2nd guy had iPod on & expected me to talk to him that way!

Hotel was set up more like a 70's décor, dark and dreary!

Dingy & in great need of a makeover & no elevator.

The room was dingy, the heat didn't work well, the room was located next to a smoking room and we could smell the smoke in our room which was a non smoking room. The mattress needed replacing. There was no elevator and the continental breakfast was a joke. They wouldn't even keep coffee made. I will never stay in another travel lodge again.

Gloomy room in old building. Didn't look real clean.

Desk staff was unfriendly. Only allowed 2 towels for 3 people during a 2 night stay.

Was only allowed 2 towels for a 2 night stay with 3 people. Asked for more towels and was told they did not have any. Staff said they would look for some and call us and then never did. We were told pets were allowed and never told of any additional fee. After we left hotel, my credit card was charged an additional pet fee without the staff informing me of this first. I had to call to find out what it was for. I also complaint, I was told that someone would be in touch with me and I have yet to hear from anyone. Will not stay at this hotel again. read more

We were there for ISU college move in, very close to campus

very nice for the price, nice big rooms, clean, close to restaurants, & the ISU campus, easy to find. Hotel staff very nice, & helpful.
