the room was great and so was the front desk
the ice machine was not convenient
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very nice and the maid service was great.

Got moved to the third floor which was non smoking, overall everything was great.
When checking in on the first floor, noticed ants in the tub and smokey room, called manager and got moved to the 3rd floor.
First floor smells of smoke, and so did the room we originally had, the other party whom was traveling with us was on the third floor, our complaint about the original room was ants in the tub. I called front desk, got transferred to operator and to management, where they promptly changed our rooms to the third floor, which was awesome. cause was a non-smoking floor, plus our other party was 4 rooms down the hall from us, so we stayed together. which was excellent. after that first 15 minutes of checking in moving to the third floor, no problems at all, enjoyed our time there at terribles hotel and casino. read more
