Lives up to its advertising. European style boutique.
I will recommend this hotel to all. Absolutely a home away from home with a European flair. Expert staff always available.

The hotel room was very pretty and clean, bed was comfortable.
I had a view of another building rather than the courtyard. The walk to the beach was a little far.
The hotel was very nice. We arrived early and although our room was not ready, we were greeted by friendly staff and cold bottled water. The valet was affordable. The room was clean. The showers are kinda strange because they do not have a sliding glass door covering the entire shower. But again the staff was very accommodating down to getting us ice. I enjoyed my stay here and I am pretty critical of hotels. read more

They took care of all needs.
This is the way a hotel should be run, the staff took care of everything, first class.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful.
Would have liked free breakfast and free parking.
The staff was accommodating and wonderful. We asked for separate beds (after we'd arrived) and they gave us the keys to three other rooms and let us choose which we wanted. They also provided free tooth paste, free bottles of water and advice for apartment hunting in Miami beach.

The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable.
It was not close the heart of south beach.
