Very friendly and professional staff, and a lovely hotel.
Door men could have been nicer and opened the door, especially during rain.

A lovely little gem in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom.

Love the towel warmer in the bathroom & location was great!

One of the days was blustery & chilly with 40mph wind gusts & snow flurries & we were happy to have the golf umbrellas the hotel provided. The concierge was so helpful with providing info. On how to get to Salem & with suggestions on local sites & restaurants. The entire staff was very friendly!

Everything. Room, bar and location. The hotel itself shows as a beautiful historical property.

This hotel was better than we expected. Our rooms were small, but perfectly decorated and beds are very comfortable. The staff were great and very informative about Boston. We would surely want to go back.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
No I pod connection on stereo in room.

I found the hotel very nice and comfortable. I would stay at the Back Bay Hotel again.

Great doormen.
Confirmed then lost reservation. Room was very small. Moved to slightly bigger room, still not good.

While the hotel has a cool factor, the room was small. No bath and extremely dry air. Heat ans cooling very loud. The staff is friendly, but the concierge could not get us a reservation in any restaurant. He said we finally got one at Cheese cake factory, when we got there they had none.
