No top sheet, only duvet which is too hot in summertime.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. I've stayed there twice. Both times had a nice experience except for one thing: there is no top sheet on the bed, only a heavy duvet which is so hot that I didn't sleep well all night. A colleague had the same experience and called housekeeping to get a sheet, and they said it was an extra charge! Seems ironic for a hotel that boasts a sleep concierge and provides a menu of pillows to choose from! Other than that, it's a really nice place and the staff is helpful too. I think I'd stay again and pay extra for the sheet. Other than that, no complaints. read more

The room was great and the staff were very nice.
We were on the 6th floor and the noise level from the street was loud.

This was a great hotel choice for us - close to the theatres and in a great location near Rockefeller center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. We enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend Priceline.

Location is great, and staff
was friendly.
Air conditioning units are the most noisy I have come across.

Hotel is great in all respects but they need to update their air conditioning units - cannot sleep because they are so noisy!
