The location in downtown was perfect. that's it.........
Worst room I have stayed in in over 20 years of business travel. The linens were immensely musty. Needed a multi million $ upgrade 10 years ago!!!

I do not recommend that anyone stay here for any reason. The rooms are antiquated the dining area outdated and there was a stinch to match. At most, this is a 2 star hotel.

The location.
This is the worst I have ever stayed at!

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, the hotel is old, run down and dirty. One of the worst hotels I have every stayed at, apart from the Holiday Inn and the Crowne Plaza of course. Never ever again would I stay here again.

Noisy, old bathrooms, and bad TVs.

It is not a 4 star. We stayed at the Conrad Hotel before and it was a 4 star. Night and day difference.

Old world charm, convient to downtown.
No ice machine-- was available in room service free.

It was close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Beautiful old hotel, very luxurious.
Small rooms.

This hotel was nice, friendly staff. Clean room. Too much furniture in the room, hard to move around without bumping into something. Free hot breakfast in the morning, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, pastries. Good stuff.
