Closest to our son's dorm room.
The room while fine was probably the smallest in the facility with very small window, seven feet above the floor.

A lovely historic hotel on the UNC campus. Palatial spreads on the lawn during game days, very nice conference facilities, and attentive staff.

I expect a 4 star hotel to have spacious rooms. These rooms were very, very small!

Very nice decor and comfortable room.
No problems whatsoever.

I thought this was a great value based on my bid. The hotel was spotless and the staff very accommodating. It was located on the campus of a college so we could walk to all restaurants.

Historical atmosphere and ambiance.
My hotel was very small. I wondered if I was assigned this room because I paid less than the regular room rate.

I've stayed here several ties and its always a pleasure at the Carolina Inn. It feels more like bed & breakfast than a hotel because of the decor and attention to detail. I love the historical aspects.

Location was great, we could walk to many downtown restaurants, stores, UNC campus. Excellent location!
You have to pay $10 to park your own car!

Excellent deal from Priceline. We have and will continue to recommend using Priceline to our family and friends. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and it made it very easy to explore Chapel hill and still be very close to our hotel. We liked the ease of being able to just walk from the hotel and visit many of the Franklin street stores and restaurants. Many things to see and do and all were within minutes, walking or driving, of the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and the rooms were spacious enough for my husband and I to be very comfortable. The beds slept great and the bathrooms were very, very clean - which I am very particular about! I highly recommend using Priceline to others and I highly recommend staying at The Carolina Inn in Chapel hill. read more
