Convenient location to Tropicana and Atlantic City Hilton casinos.
Parking fee ($10) higher than parking in Tropicana parking garage with player's card ($5).
Nice remodel of older facilities. Received room with ocean view and Northern view of Atlantic City. Room was very nice except for parrot end-table lamps. On site common facilities were varied and nice Gift shop merchandise displayed appeared sparse. Enjoyed location and price for a Saturday night, thought it a great value.

The location was perfect! The whole staff was awesome! It was a great experience.
No complaints.
Went with a few friends and got rooms side by side. They had cozy beds and nicely updated rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very nice and easy to see at night(lit up well) Sure to please! I will stay there again.

The hotel was extremely fun with a young crowd.
There is nothing
I did not like about this hotel.
The hotel was very accommodating. They were sold out of double bed rooms but waived the fee for a cot and sent one up to the room. The woman at the front desk was very nice and upgraded us into the new tower at no extra charge putting the 2 rooms I booked next door to each other. We had the best time at The Chelsea!

It offered a free appetizer & 2 complementary drinks.
Unsafe, old, did not seem clean.
Even though the hotel looked like it was fine from the lobby area, we stayed in a room that seemed like it was not even part of the Chelsea. We had to walk through this old hallway to get to separate elevators to our room, which smelled & was very dirty along with the hallways. I did not feel safe staying in that part of the hotel because it was so far away from every other part of the hotel. Also, the staff was very slow. read more

Very trendy, great place for a night in AC!
I felt that the staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect and the decor was perfect for a younger trendier crowd. Loved it!

Nothing.
The hallways looked dirty.
This looked like at one time was a 1 or 2 star hotel and now it is connected to towers. The hallways looked dirty. The paper cups in room where not covered so if they were reused you wouldn't know.

Location and decent breakfast.
Shabby elevator and segregated older section of the hotel where teh room was located- not in the main building
Room was located away from main hotel (annex)- part of old Holiday Inn -run down elevator worst than a service elevator. Not the same section as the hotel advertises.

I liked the location.
That they turned the heat off on one side of the hotel and they only had WiFi on one side of the hotel and I wasn't on that side. How inconvenient.
The location of the hotel was great and the price was good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone one because you have no control over the heating or air. How can you turn the heat off on one side of the hotel and it's freezing in the room and outside.
