Excellent room layout. Very quiet.
Does not apply.

Excellent DuPont Circle area location. Walking distance to Metro and many good restaurants nearby. Older building, with all modern upgrades, and spacious rooms. Staff is very polite, everyone speaks English.

All the staff greeted with a smile, and asked how I was, usually by name.
The maid failed to leave coffee one day, but the clerk offered me some on the way out.

Excellent hotel, friendly and courteous staff, convenient location to anything in NW DC., food was good and service very good.

Nice TV and bed.
Old feeling, weird layout, elevator was crowded and it felt like a seniors home.

Nice TV and bed, but not a 3 star hotel. Good location though.

The only thing about the hotel I like was it was attractive in design.
I disliked the way staff didn't know anything of the area, was not helpful in asking questions.

At the Hilton, they had no pool or work out room, the staff was not friendly, they didn't seem to know the area, and the atmosphere was cold. The restaurant was expensive, for instance $11 dollar for 2 sweet rolls and coffee, was ridiculous, the TV's had no remotes, you had to get up to change the channels.

It was a very well restored historical hotel in a great location.
Very small bathroom, but to be expected in a historical hotel.

We loved this hotel. It was in a great location and we liked that it was a historical hotel with a lot of history.

Greeting when entering lobby.
Stain on carpet in room.

Convenient too many area of dc. Clean and adequate rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use restaurant so have any comment as to food or service? Overall experience was very good.

Good location Espresso coffee in the restaurant
dark room, no coffee maker. Air conditioner wasn't working right

This is barely a 3 star hotel. The room was so dark and shabby. even though an engineer worked on it the air conditioner never cooled the room.
