The view from the room.
Hotel staff forgot to call cab for airport.
Overall, excellent. The only exception is that a member of the hotel staff forgot to call a cab for the airport.

This hotel is an elegant California castle with attentive service and great sports facilities.

Elegant & historic.
Parking was unacceptable.
Limited Parking & considering that I was forced to park a fair distance from the facility, unacceptable. There should be a cordoned area for guests. The majority of the spaces were filled by revelers as evidenced by the ample parking available early the next morning.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly..
The hidden costs. We had to pay for the gym even if we didn't use it. $25.00/day. Same with the parking. $25.00/day.
It was a lovely hotel. People were really nice. A little far from downtown San Francisco. And the extra costs were a bit shocking. But overall it was enjoyable.

Lovely room.
Extra charges.
$24 per person spa fee and $24 per day parking fee. Outrageous and very unfair (not to mention expensive)

The hotel was lobby was nice that was about it.
There's a hidden fee of $24 which they called it resort fee. The hotel had really bad medicine and elderly smell that linkers through out the room.

Very Historical and kept up.
I did not like that they charged a spa fee even if you did not use and they also charged a parking fee when there is plenty of outside room.
The hotel was a beautiful old hotel but very well kept up, and what a beautiful view of the golden gate bridge. Our room was a great size not like some of the old hotels and very quiet. We would love to stay there again.

The daily parking fee and resort fee.
The hotel was perfect for our young family - clean rooms, nice restaurant, accommodating staff.
