Staff was great, friendly, helpful. room was beautiful, comfy and relaxing.

It was convenient from the highway, close enough to walk to Fenway and shopping. It was in a nice area of the city. Staff was polite, helpful and waited on us without even asking. They brought us coffee when we were waiting for the valet as we checked out. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Great location, attentive staff, and nice quiet rooms.
Parking was at $42.00 per day; parking should have been offered at a discount.

Nice stay and nice staff. Enjoyed location to Back Bay and shopping. Watch the Boston Taxi versus the out-of-town taxi service; concierge people were a delight and will go back.

Friendliness of hotel staff and coffee in lobby at all times.

A great experience, staff was professional and friendly. Great location. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend this property.

The decor is so modern and beautiful and the staff, especially Jose at the front door is excellent!
I really liked everything

Lovely renovation, wonderful size and detail. Urban and Modern without being cold- really great.

It's central location was key and it was very clean.
I left a shirt and pair of pants in the hotel and they were only able to find my pants but no shirt.

bathroom very small

This hotel was more than worth the price I received from Priceline. The regular price of the room was 3X the price I paid. Hotel renovation tastefully done with expensive furnishings and linens.

Housekeeping was just a tad spotty--water puddle, glass and washcloth not replaced.
