The location was very good.
The shower was difficult to use, bad set up.
The hotel has a great location, close to Hyde Park, and shopping and dining. However, the staff does not seem to know what they are doing, and I am still waiting to see if they charged me anything extra. A very confusing check out. This hotel at best should be rated 3 stars. I would never select this hotel.

Modern rooms.
Underwhelming size.
The expected conveniences are available, but, in our case, the double bed had one side against the wall, which made getting in and out for one of us a chore. I guess one could say it is the most elegant, air conditioned shoebox money can buy. It is very convenient to the Tube and to Hyde Park, and if you need a quick meal, to McDonalds or KFC.

Nice location close to shops.
Too expensive for very small rooms.
Perfect location and fancy interior. Unfortunately a lot of the rooms are in another building so you never get to enjoy the fancy interior. The rooms are very small compared to the price.

Extremely close proximity to a tube station.
Wi-Fi was 5.99 pounds per hour. We felt that Wi-Fi should have been included not additional.
The lobby makes you think that you are walking into a five star hotel. Unfortunately, once we got to the room it was quite small, the bed was very low, and the television only had a few channels. They wanted over 5 pounds per hour for Wi-Fi access, which I felt should have been included because it was supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in lower star hotels and they almost always offered Wi-Fi for free, at least in the common areas. It has excellent proximity to the train station (Marble Arch) and was very convenient to everything, and very clean, but I was a bit disappointed as it was supposed to be 4star. read more

Comfortable beds.
Rude staff, poor service.
I was encouraged by the appearance of the lobby but the room was not as luxurious. The staff was unresponsive and not friendly. In an effort to secure a late checkout, I called the front desk the night before checkout. No one answered. Same for the concierge desk and a few other numbers I tried. I had to go down to the lobby in the middle of the night to make the request. Poor service! I actually sent a letter of complaint to the hotel. read more

Close to tube stop.
Nothing worked. Had to walk down 12 flights of stairs with our luggage because the elevators were broken.
Horrible run down hotel where nothing works and the staff could care less.

Great location near oxford street and wig mire, comfortable bed, modern furniture.
Small room, but that is to be expected in London.
Everything in the room was modern and new. Great location right off of oxford street. I can't say a thing bad about it I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good location. Clean room.
Broken air conditioner and poorly designed bathroom.
Lobby great. Room clean, well-sized. Air conditioner didn't work, however. Also, the bathroom was poorly designed, so that when you shower water goes all over the floor (there is no curtain, only a partition half-way down the bathtub). The design of the sink leads to water pooling on the stand - it was very rusty there.

I liked the location of the hotel mostly, it's really convenient. The room was little but cozy and modern. The lobby is great.
The price of the internet service, it's very expensive. I don't see why the hotels don't give that service for free, there are some hotels that do.
The hotel seems to be a very big and old hotel that has been recycled. The rooms are quite little (I stayed in a single room) but comfortable, modern and well organized. The service is good, my TV didn't work and they do everything to solve the problem. The location is great.

Very modern and comfortable.
Elevator bells in hallway too loud. Kept us awake all night.
The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was excellent. The beds were double beds, not good if you're used to a queen or king. Location was excellent. Located next to Marble Arch Tube Station so getting anywhere was easy. Catching a cab was easy too. The staff could rate as 5 star! One bad thing was that our TV did not work and they could not fix it. We were not there to watch TV but it would have been nice. read more
