Friendly staff, indoor parking, and comfortable rooms.
Damages in the room that had not been repaired.

A beautiful place with lots of extras not found elsewhere such as a skating rink, full breakfast buffet served by a chef to your requests.

Everyone was wonderful to us, even the valet was kind and attentive.
I was very upset that I needed to pay an extra $15.oo for parking at this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful and the service was exceptional. I have a muscle disorder and I usually have a painful night's sleep, but these beds were the most comfortable hotel beds that I have ever slept in. The staff was kind and welcoming. I don't think you should have to pay to park your vehicle or pay so much extra to swim, but other than that, our experience was excellent.

Location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.
Room was a little small, but that didn't matter too much.

I liked the history of this hotel - -a converted train station.
The hotel is not connected to the skyway.

The Depot is a very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. I was attending a conference but didn't want to stay in the conference hotel. The Depot was about seven blocks away - a comfortable walk on the street or through the skyway. There's even a Dunn Brothers coffee right next door so you can enjoy your morning jolt as you stroll.

Luxurious room in the heart of the city.
Paying additional for parking.

A beautiful hotel with historic ties. The rooms have a luxurious feeling to them. Easy access to city for business travelers. Great water park style pool for children.

I liked the ambiance of the lobby, and the room was amazing.
We weren't given the option of valet vs reg parking - we were charged for valet when we weren't told we had another option. $15 is what we were told.

Clean, silent, friendly.

What a nice surprise, the train station museum and the statues in the first floor made me feel I was in a Kimpton hotel.
