The room concierge service is excellent.
The shower head is too close to the wall.
Hotel was better than imagined. Luxurious room with nice views. The service was great, friendly and the staff made spot on recommendations. Once we got there, we upgraded to the concierge service. Nice to breakfast in the concierge lounge and enjoy the views. Then return later for snacks and desserts! A great way to end the day!

It's proximity to the Magnificent mile and its overall accommodations were excellent. The bed was the best I have ever had on a trip.
We did feel a bit awkward traveling with our infant even though no one said anything. I didn't see any other children there.
This hotel was magnificent. We loved the room and had a great view of the park. The bed was the best thing about the whole stay. We aren't used to actually being that comfortable when staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to see it pop up on my Priceline again sometime. Bring plenty of money for tips as it is a high end hotel and you need to tip the valet etc. read more

The beds were fabulous. Tony the doorman was outstanding and went out of his way to help us with transportation.
Shower didn't have any water pressure and the room was not made up between nights.
Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed the accommodations.

I liked the fact that they had a business office for use of a computer.
If this hotel had a swimming pool, it was not made available to us.
This was a lovely hotel and great for adults but I do not think it would be kid friendly. Would stay again.

There was a hotel shuttle to the Convention center.
Convenience to public transport.
The hotel staff was very polite and the room was a decent size. I got a room on a high floor as requested.

Terrible shower fixtures. Impossible to get a decent shower. Unacceptable for such a nice hotel.

They honored our request for a room with some floor space and it also had a view of the lake. Excellent. Fast elevators too.
There always seemed to be a line at the front desk when we needed change for taxis.
We were very pleased with the Fairmont. The staff was very courteous and professionally friendly. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful.
