Upgraded the suite.
Parking was $51.
Super huge, super nice, comfortable and attractive room. Room service food was alright but some of the dishes ordered were too much spices or too sweet and the curry was way too sweet and unauthentic. Facilities at hotel were all more than exceptional, amazing. Hotel was definitely one of the finer four stars in the Loop!

Everything was great. Close to everything. I wish I could live at the Fairmont!
Parking was expensive. I used parking garage right in front of hotel.
Exceeded my expectations at every level. Staff did a great job - room was awesome! Very sophisticated, close to downtown and Grant park was basically across the street. If I could get this Hotel every time I used Priceline I would!

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were excellent with partial views of the lake and the city. There are restaurants and bars in the hotel.

Location, room view, size everything was great. The lobby area was a little old looking. I think the walls are thin and sound travels across quite easily so not recommended for groups of people.

The location was terrific and the views from our window overlooking lake Michigan and the shoreline were spectacular.

The helpful staff were of the most professional grade I have seen and accommodated us very well. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
Continental breakfast was a little pricey.
