Historic building.
Marble floor in bathroom, shower curtain did not keep water in the tub so floor was slick and caused my son to fall.

It was very quiet.
This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was good sized and was very quiet. The staff was excellent. The lobby was beautiful. The fitness room was the very best.

Concierge was wonderful.
Great coffee and pastry store was open downstairs with much better pastries than Starbucks!

Absolute attention to detail with discreet efficiency.
There was nothing that could have been done better.
Our visit to the Fairmont Olympic was to celebrate the birthday of an elderly parent. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and the concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging activities that were appropriate for a senior with limited mobility.

The valet lost my car.
Great customer service. Rooms are not all that special.
