Good location for our needs and the
price was excellent.
Definitely was not a 3-star hotel.

Clean rooms, good location for Hillsboro/Beaverton access. Rooms are small, somewhat dated, but was serviceable.

They upgraded us to a bigger room for the same price.
It was far away from where we wanted to be.

The staff was helpful with room upgrade as well as driving directions to where we needed to be. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet.

Nothing.
This hotel was not nicely remodeled. The face plate on the door to the outside was falling off. The door jam in our room was all dented.

The room was very cramped. The walls were paper thin. The air conditioner/heater was the awful kind that keeps going on an off, and there is no way to keep a fan running, which would have helped with covering all the noises. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was OK.

A
bit far from Portland.

Not one thing.
Everything.

This should be called a motel, not hotel. It was very smelly, old, and not safe. The window panes had so much mold in between the glass that I could not see out side. Entrance door of my wing did not shut properly therefore left unlocked and any one could enter.

Rooms have been renovated - great king bed!
Exercise facility is a joke - outdated equipment that didn't work!

We stayed in the hotel before it was renovated and would not stay there again. The renovation has been well done in the rooms and hallways. Our room w king bed was small, but comfortable. The king bed was one of the best we have found in hotels. The exercise room needs to be up-dated - poor equipment - lousy room.

The granite counter in the bathroom.
The strong smell of mold, hallways had holes in the ceiling exposing pipes.

Bath & Body works lotion.
Chipping paint on toilet, poor internet, no computer to print boarding pass.

I had bid on a 3-star hotel and this was hardly a 2-star. The paint was chipped off both the top and inside of the toilet seat cover, the internet service kept failing, there was no computer to print out my boarding pass, the bed was stone hard and the vending machines didn't work (no breakfast offered either). Also I had a package delivered to the hotel's front desk which the night person did not have a key to the manager's office and the morning person searched for 15 minutes before she could find it, making me late for my meeting. This is a poorly remodeled, 2-level, old Motel-6 type facility that should be avoided at all costs. read more
