Staff, breakfast, location, and it was cozy.
Walls were a little thin but I would still go back I love this place, we stayed an extra night.

The front desk was very nice, room was clean and newly remodeled, bed was super comfortable with quality linens, fireplace was very romantic, 1111 Bistro, across street for drinks and dining bartender Coleen was great. I would recommend this Inn to the active couple.

The manager was friendly, but it was out of his control to fix problems.
You could hear everyone taking shower AM & PM.

We came to Santa Barbara for a short holiday, and chose this hotel, because of your rating. It was one of the noises hotel we ever stayed in. The insulation is horrible betweens the walls. We were awaken by the shower water pipes at 5:30am, 7:30am, 12:30 pm. We could hear people walking above us, talking next door. We wanted a nice relaxing few days, but it was not relaxing at all. read more

Staff was outstanding, pleasant and was helpful.

Very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was amazing with a host that was great!

The hotel was nicely remodeled and clean. The receptionist is very friendly.
The water line made an outrageously loud noise. It was very annoying.

Cute, newly remodeled, clean and tasteful, but the water pipes made an awfully loud noise anytime we used it or the neighbors, which was annoying.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Grounds are cramped. Pool wasn't cleaned.

Hotel owner goes out of his way be to be friendly and accommodating.

Room was very attractive and comfortable.
Driveway to parking lot could be wider!

We were very happy with this hotel. Price was moderate and room was lovely. Manager stated that they had recently remodeled. There was good lighting in the room and a very nice flat screen TV.

bathroom was cramped and cheap materials used, toilet was very small and there was no air conditioning

Hotel was built in the 1960's and the walls are very thin, no air conditioning, had too leave the windows open all night, didn't feel very safe or secure, parking was horrible, there was a lot back in an ally to park in. It was horrible, I'll never go back.
