The design and decorating were excellent.
Specific location.

Great value as long as you are okay with the location. You need to use the hotel's parking to feel comfortable you and the car will be safe. The hotel staff was very good!

Hip decor, spacious rooms, and great services.

Love the high wood beams, clever and hip, industrial decor. Convenient to use internet in the lobby. Cool bar, motorcycle decor. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was excellent and the rooms were unique.
The hotel charged for use of its shuttle.

The hotel staff was excellent. We arrived 3 hours before our listed check in time and they were able to have a room ready for us in 10 minutes during Summerfest. The design of the rooms is very cool and the mini-bar is fully stocked.

The architecture, loft feel and location to a great spot.
The room service food wasn't anything to rave about.

Would stay again and recommend this hotel. Next time I plan to eat at the restaurant/bar to see if it is better than the room service option. Great history to the building. The room, the hotel staff and bed created a great urban/modern get away.

Room, staff and food were great!
Cost of valet parking ($25/ night) and train tracks next to hotel.

A new hotel in a poor location. Fees for valet parking. Rooms, food and staff were at or above expectations.

Great service. Great service. I've stayed a a fair number of places. Never ever felt this invited to stay (and return) to a hotel. You'd think that every staff member owned the place because they all genuinely took interest in us and made honest and candid recommendations about the area and local attractions. Staff was knowledgeable and not snooty. And nothing with the staff was fake. You know when people really care and these folks do. All the services you'd expect from a hotel in its price range. Very simply put - its the best domestic hotel stay I can remember - like, ever. When we want to come back to Milwaukee and see the sights we missed out on we're staying here again. read more
