The place was across the street from Mayo clinic.
Shower and toilet was in a closet.

Location was great and hotel was clean but when I picked the room It would be in a closet. The hot water was leaking and when I tried to bend over it burned my buttock.

It had a Starbucks and was in a nice location for downtown.
The beds were awful and the doors could only slam shut.

Beds in this hotel were hard as sleeping on a brick wall and you could hear every door when it shut because they could only be slammed shut. All night long I heard doors slam shut. Coffee maker was dreadful (had to hold the pot under the drip to be sure coffee came out). When I complained to the front desk they only said, that's too bad. I had to ask them to comp my $10 parking fee for my inconvenience. They didn't offer to do anything. Parking was very inconvenient as well. read more

Handicap room too small. no closet space. Should have walk in shower.

Great location. Friendly staff. Ideal for mayo clinic patients.
