The staff is incredible - best service I have ever received at a hotel. The valet staff is incredible.
Slightly tacky remodel of an older hotel. Looks like they flipped it. Again - the staff more then compensated for that however.

Very clean, with comfy bed and bedding. Staff was very helpful.

Enjoyed our brief stay, only one night and would definitely choose this hotel again. Hotel and rooms felt really clean and the bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Staff was helpful finding restaurant late in the evening when many were closed.

One restaurant option in vicinity.

A low-key, tranquil place that's great for a Waikiki getaway. Staff are very accommodating. Good, close access to a quieter part of Waikiki.

The view of Diamond Head was beautiful. It was a very nice hotel room.
I would have liked a pool.

The location was nice since we don't like to be in a loud, crowded area of the city. It was far enough away from the popular area to suit us quite well.

Great location away from mob at Waikiki but close enough to walk. The hotel was very nice.

This was a very nice hotel. It was very clean and smaller than I expected which was very nice. We rarely heard or saw anyone. It was close to the beach and they provided towels, chairs, and mats.
