Great location on Pennsylvania Avenue to walk into Georgetown.
Woodwork/trim in rooms needs paint badly.
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel is an older hotel and could use some paint on the woodwork to really get the star status that Priceline gives it. We've stayed there before and will stay again.

It was close to the metro.
The hotel was not anywhere near as nice as it claimed to be
The hotel was in a good location however it was not an upscale hotel. Yes it was clean and a place to sleep at night but I have stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less money!

The staff was very helpful and its in a great location.
The hotel needs to be updated and the rooms were not up to 4 star standard.

This hotel is in desparate need of complete renovation.
We were so disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. I stepped in 2 wet, stained carpet areas, which housekeeping took care of by throwing towels over when we complained. There was a black stained area on the ceiling that was wet & soggy when touched, other ceiling areas were peeling, the wood was rotted around the door to the bathroom, the pillows were severely stained, although housekeeping said that they had no replacements, so we wrapped them in towels to sleep. Awful!! read more
