Great staff.
Corners of the room had dust and feathers from the bedding and obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time.

Rooms were clean and very roomy.
Staff unfriendly. When we checked in didn't bother to tell us how to find our room and didn't tell us about the times for breakfast.

Front desk willing to make change in accommodation without any buster.
The lack of cups in bathroom for gargling and the cheap Styrofoam cups for coffee.

Good price.
Rooms were very dated, not a 3 star for sure.
The Staff is very helpful, the public areas very nice. However the rooms are dated and what you notice in the lower quality hotels is the age of the air conditioner. These AC/Heat units are about 300 years old and make so much noise that is all you can hear (maybe thats a good thing as this place is dead on the end of the SE -> NW runway. Its a 2 star, maybe a 2.5 star.

Convenient location and shuttle service to airport.
Understaffed, first room not clean, room interior dated. Only warm water.
Overall not the best experience; first room hadn't been cleaned and had to wait for a different room. Room interiors seemed dated. Wireless internet was advertised but did not work. Wired internet was hit or miss. Luke-warm shower in the morning. All this combined with a mandatory energy fee made it an overall poor experience.

Location close to airport.
Below quality standards.
Location good proximity to airport. Needs a lot of updating and make the restaurant more appealing to dine in. Replace linens in rooms.

They were willing to move me from one room to another because the Internet didn't work. Although what a hassle to deal with.
Everything basically. Totally dissatisfied.

The staff was friendly but they were not able to accomodate me.
They do not keep the air on in the rooms so arriving in the evening there is no time to get the room cool.
I was very disappointed. I cld to let them know that my plane didn't arrive until 11:30 so that the play pen could be in my room and ready for me. Once I got to my room it was 87 degrees in there. I was told to they keep the air off to save money. You would think when its as hot as it was they would lower it for a traveler that was coming in with small children. The room never cooled down and when we woke up in the morning it was still 80 degrees. I didn't sleep because I was so miserable and my kids cried for over an hour they were so hot and miserable. I told the manager in the morning and she said they would pass on the information but did nothing further to accommodate me. If I had known pricing my room was going to get me such a cheap room I never would have done it. Also, the whole first floor reaked of smoke so not a nice way to enter in to the hotel as well as having the smell go all the way up in the elevator. read more
