Convenient to area attractions, clean, roomy!
Can't really think of anything I didn't like.
Excellent service staff. Clean rooms. Pool area was very nice. Water was warm, if anything, maybe a little too warm! Would definitely stay there again and recommend this to friends!

The lobby and grounds were well kept.
Staff was indifferent.
Check-in was quick and easy, but it took me three additional trips back to the front desk to finally get a key that would open our door. The AC leaked and the carpet was wet, when I asked if it was possible to get another room because my daughter has allergies, I was told there was nothing available. Honestly, the parking lot was half empty at night so I found it hard to believe they did not have another room to offer us. read more

Large, clean room and close to Disney.
Needs more seating for breakfast.
Our room was clean and smelled fresh also was large including a nice easy chair as well as a desk and this was a standard room. The sound insulation made for a quiet room. The location was very nice and only a 10-15 minute drive to Disney.

Space, location, comfort and
cleanliness.
Dark parking lot, difficult to find at night.
We stayed in the Villas and were pleasantly suprised. The room was actually bigger than we'd expected and slept well and soundly. The pool was fantastic for kids and the location from the parks could not have been better. I wish there was a restaurant on site and bar at the pool area, but the breakfast buffet was edible and all of this we could live with. Really, nothing negative at all to say other than make sure you know where you're going after dark. It's located in a tangle town of hotel/motels. We'd return to the Palms anytime. read more

Location to Disney, internet.
Breakfast.
If you want a solid inexpensive no frills hotel close to Disney then this place would be a good fit.

Location.
The hotel charged a fee once you check in, it was in a great location, but room was very hot and muggy. The inside of the hotel looked like it should be the setting for a ghost movie.

Privacy - I didn't have to pass through the lobby each time I arrived.
The person who was at the reception the first day we got there was not friendly at all.
Everything was great, except for a little but important detail. We were charged with $8/night as a resort fee. According to the person in the front desk, this
cost includes a complementary tour to Magic Kingdom (where we were not going) and use of the parking (we hadn't a car). Moreover, this person didn't bother in being kind or friendly with us. Nonetheless, after that bitter moment, we spent great vacations in that hotel. Even when the air conditioning stopped working during the night, they gave us another room, frigobar included. read more

Free breakfast, free bus service to parks. Very good.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels very poor quality.
I travel just about every month and this is the first time a get a charge of $ 7.95 per night for things like parking, it is ridiculous, just because of this charge I would never go back to that hotel or recommend it to anybody.
