Absolutely nothing.
The unknowlegeable staff and location of hotel, it is not a Disney friendly hotel at all.

It was terrible! I was given wrong instructions to the theme parks twice and got lost. What was support to be a 5 minute drive back to the hotel from the Magic Kingdom took 1 hour and a half because of wrong directions.

No complaints.

This is a great hotel! The accommodations were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great!

They have free shuttle to Disney.
Different charge for added night.

Overall speaking, the hotel is quite nice. People there are willing to help, and the location and transportation are convenient to Disney world.

Hotel was very nice & clean. It surpassed my expectations.

Stayed at the hotel and not the studio apartments. Overall, room must have been recently redone and redecorated because bathroom vanity and paint color, etc was very much up to date. Bed and pillows very nice and comfortable. I will recommend to friends and family.
