The back entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone not staying there can get in to our floors (men distributing pizza menus).
It's OK. I have stayed at a better place from Priceline. I don't feel safe in this hotel due to the fact that anyone can get through to my floor. I received 5 pizza menus in my room in 1 hour!

Location.
The hotel charged a fee once you check in, it was in a great location, but room was very hot and muggy. The inside of the hotel looked like it should be the setting for a ghost movie.

Privacy - I didn't have to pass through the lobby each time I arrived.
The person who was at the reception the first day we got there was not friendly at all.
Everything was great, except for a little but important detail. We were charged with $8/night as a resort fee. According to the person in the front desk, this
cost includes a complementary tour to Magic Kingdom (where we were not going) and use of the parking (we hadn't a car). Moreover, this person didn't bother in being kind or friendly with us. Nonetheless, after that bitter moment, we spent great vacations in that hotel. Even when the air conditioning stopped working during the night, they gave us another room, frigobar included. read more

Sign in was fast and hotel was quiet.
The staff didn't even know if they had an ATM, every time we asked them a question, they couldn't give us an answer!
If we wanted a no smoking hotel, this would not be a bad place to stay, but we ordered a smoking room and came to find out there was no smoking anywhere in the building!

Lovely rooms, and friendly staff.
Free Breakfast actually in sister hotel in other building across parking lot.
Friendly staff. Concierge desk. Nice facility set far enough back off main highway so that it seems pleasantly secluded yet is near attractions. The breakfast was good but was quite a hike. Free parking is always a plus. Rooms were great. Basketball court and pool looked nice although we didn't use them.

Location and price.
Breakfast food gone before 9 am. No one told us breakfast was only until 9.
We liked the hotel, but would have been happier if we'd known breakfast cut off at 9. Also, the room had a weird smell. We couldn't figure out what it was. Anyway we were only there one night, so it was okay.

Location and price were very good
The surprise resort fee for a regular hotel.
It is most likely an old Hampton Inn as many of the breakfast room equipment were still labeled as Hampton. The location is good, though hidden and backed up to the interstate. The front desk staff is more interested in answering the phone then actual coding your room key correctly. Otherwise, it was clean and secure and a good value.

Comfortable pillows & mattress.
Hotel was said to have electronic safe in room, however, was told at the hotel that none of the key safes worked in any of the rooms. Located next to Arabian Nights so we couldn't sleep from noise until after last show. Room key was deactivated on second night of stay and I had to go downstairs to get it reactivated. Room given was located at end of hall next to the exit door and every time someone closed the exit door our room door would rattle loud. read more
