Great lobby.
No parking space.

My room was not totally clean I found a coke when I check in and peanuts on the floor and carpet dirty, no parking space is a disaster.

Very clean, convenient location.
Surprise charges ($20 valet per night + $15 per day resort fee) and snooty/arrogant staff.

Not a very kid-friendly hotel, but good for business travelers I guess. Beware of surprise charges like $20 valet per night + $15 per day resort fee. Worst part was snooty/arrogant staff (we did not interact with cleaning staff).

B Line Diner was nice with very Friendly Staff.
Extra Charges (Parking, Mandatory Service Charge), Dirty Parking, Confusing People at front of hotel.

This would be an ok hotel if it weren't for the Bellhops confusing all involved. Also the mandatory charges for service, (What is a Mandatory Service Charge) and $20.00 for parking are a bit much.

Wonderful, relaxing large pool area with great service and plentiful large towels.

Awesome hotel. Will stay at again. Great service, wonderful amenities and beautiful surroundings. A great place to stay for either business or leisure.
