The buftet lunch was very good. The hotel main lounge was very nice looking.
My wife felt that the room was not clean enough.

The Main lobby was impressive. This hotel is located near the bussiness district but far from much of the tourist attractions.

The concierge, the one who spoke English, was very helpful and nice.
The travel agency was terrible.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel as you have it rated. The rooms were not very clean and the carpet was filthy. This hotel would be okay with a 2 or 3 star rating. The front desk people were not very friendly.
