The Prince George Hotel

Service was solid! The restaurant staff accomidated us when we were late for the buffet and the front dest was beyond friendly.

I thought the hotel was very nice although it was definitely geared toward the business traveler. I would stay there again but it did not offer the quaintness that I like as a traveler. Everything else was great except the breakfast menu was too pricey. They offered complimentary coffee which was much appreciated.

Very familiar with the Prince George. Location is central to most events and sites on Halifax. Parking is underground and easily accessible. Well connected to other venues in the city.

The Prince George is an elegant downtown hotel in Halifax. It has a four star lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful although the first room they assigned us had not been made up. They quickly switched us to another room. The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds although not quite a 4 star because the shower was old with a very low ceiling. Shower water pressure was good. The rest of the bathroom was updated though. I would stay there again without hesitation. read more

This was great hotel, super clean, very close to everything and pretty much a business class hotel. A better or comparable rate can be found elsewhere.
