This hotel was located on a rare private beach in Key West.
This hotel overcharged for resort fees and the staff were unfriendly and generally appeared exhausted and overworked.

This hotel has a good location on the quieter side of Key West, about 2-3 blocks from the upper end of Duval Street. There is a sand beach, pool and staff that provide towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for guest comfort. The hotel advertised poolside food and beverage service but I did not experience this even though I inquired about it while at the beach area.

The grounds were quite nice, and convenient.
Valet parking was unavailable after 12, no bathroom door. Small and cramped.

Over priced for the facilities.

Location, friendly staff.
Slow staff, understaffed, poorly designed shower, users fee for pool and amenities, small beach, overpriced.

I found this hotel to be nice but DEFINITELY not Waldorf quality. The check in staff was extremely slow. We had to wait to make sure our room was ready at 8pm after a long day of travel. There was a charge to use the pool/fitness facilities,and a charge for the newspaper. The shower was modernly designed without a shower door but the water sprayed straight outside of the shower soaking the bathroom floor and extending onto the carpet in the room. Poor (Ikea) quality furnishings. read more

Loved the decor, and really the whole experience.
There was no shampoo, and q-tips pkg. was open.

A great place to enjoy Key West. Nice private beach area. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Upon arrival, there were no rooms available of the type we reserved & paid for (king with island view), so we were upgraded, a pleasant surprise.
