Eager and pleasant to help.
Food services, including wait staff and quality, were bad.
Sub par experience for a Ritz-Carlton. The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota is not luxury. Although I was aware of this fact, The hotel should more clearly advertise they are not on the beach. I was embarrassed by the quality of food and service after taking guests to dinner.

The lobby was very nice and elegant.
The complimentary valet parking cost $ 20.00.
The hotel was nice but with a 5 star rating and being the only 5 star in Sarasota I was not impressed. The gift shop was stupid expensive. The rooms were nice but I've stayed in other national brand hotels the are just as nice and not nearly as expensive. Save your money the Ritz is not all it's cracked up to be. The bed was not that comfortable either.
And the
AC in the room was not that cool. read more

Excellent service and attention.
The movie channel didn't work and it wasn't taken care of immediately.

My wife and I really enjoyed the whole experience and the staff was amazing.
I didn't like that I didn't book another night. Hotel was absolutely fantastic.
The hotel met every expectation and everything went smoothly from valet to hotel staff and dining. The clubhouse was amazing and so relaxing a perfect getaway even if it was for a day. Will stay again and recommend the priceline stay at the Ritz to anybody.
