Out side the hotel well put together.
You couldn't shut the drapes in the room for more privacy.

Location
Customer service, room quality. Not a 4 star at all.
The customer service was very bad with rude attitude. The room was dirty and old.

The outside hot tub was great. Very reasonable food prices for a 4 star hotel! We didn't have to go out of the hotel to eat!
The ice machine was in another building.

The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating.
The lack of free wireless was an inconvenience.
The hotel has a great look and feel. Even though we stayed for only a few hours I would certainly like to return.

The snacks looked all right.
Outdoor entrance.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is very out dated. I wasn't upset only because I was staying for 1 night.

Location was good, and the grounds were OK, but again, not a 4-star.
Room was dark, and the only window was where people walked by. Bathroom needs updating!
At one time this may have been a 4-star hotel, but it's in desperate need of remodeling and updating. (popcorn ceilings, dark rooms with the only window right where people walk by, bathroom is in poor condition, no elevator.) I would consider it about a 2-star, as far as the rooms go.

It was clean and the staff was nice.
They only had double beds for us, the TV was tiny, very crowded and noisy.
This hotel would be OK for a business trip but not for a romantic night away.

The swimming pool and recreation facilities, and the outdoor landscaping were nice.
The hotel room was substandard. Very substandard. Dark, damp smelling.
We were very excited when we received our confirmation at this 4-star hotel and resort. When we pulled up to the lobby of this 40-acre facility in the heart of Scottsdale we were also impressed. Things went downhill very rapidly after that. We arrived at our room which was dark and damp-smelling, the room was appointed like a 2-star motel complete with in-wall AC, exterior entrance, nylon bed covers, and plastic bathroom - oh and a very small TV. We felt duped. The resort has very nice outdoor areas, swimming pools, gym etc. This made up for it a little. But only go there if you expect 3-star or 2-star plus. read more
