Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
For a 4 star the room we had could have used some sprucing up.

The snacks looked all right.
Outdoor entrance.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is very out dated. I wasn't upset only because I was staying for 1 night.

It was clean and the staff was nice.
They only had double beds for us, the TV was tiny, very crowded and noisy.
This hotel would be OK for a business trip but not for a romantic night away.

Comfortable bed, quiet.
There is an additional fee for virtually everything, including Wi-Fi, business center, etc.
High end resort in posh area of Scottsdale. Large, attractive rooms with comfortable beds. Outside entrance into each room, but relatively quiet. As with most four star hotels, there is a charge to use virtually everything at this hotel, including Wi-Fi and use of business center. (computer)

Good location and clean.
Ridiculous charges for long distance and internet.
This hotel was nice, however, not worthy of the stars it was given. I forgot my cell phone on the trip and had to call home. I was charged $10 for a one minute call. I also needed to go online to get my sister's cell phone number since it was stored in my cell phone. I was charged $1/minute. I don't know why the hotel has to be so mercenary with these prices.

Clean, quaint and nice personnel.
Breakfast was over priced for the buffet.
This is a quaint hotel. It also had 1 bedroom cottages, we stayed in a king room.

Just overall indoor and outdoor theme and design.
This was a great place. On the main road, but you can't hear traffic in the rooms, large rooms (even at the base level). Prices for any extra items were clearly listed. Clean rooms and premises, knowledgeable employees. And an excellent tasteful Southwest theme. There was also a binder in the room listing the meal prices at resort restaurants and they were very reasonable.
