The pool and jacuzzi were great. Staff was great.
The 2 over sized double beds, way too small.

The two beds in the room were over sized doubles. We would have loved knowing that before hand. We are used to at least 2 queen size especially for a four star hotel. We were very disappointed with that one thing.

There was not a lot of people there so the pool and restaraunts were not crowded.
Not very kid friendly.

The hotle was for business travelers. it was a nice hotel. since I've used priceline on my last 7 trips id like some offers as a vip customer.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the service was excellent!
Our room did not have a bathtub but only a shower which made it difficult to bathe our toddler.

The Scottsdale Hyatt is great! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the pool and dining areas are wonderful. It is truly a luxury hotel/resort combo and is an excellent choice!

The rooms need to be redone. There was a huge dark mold spot above my bed in the popcorn ceiling and the salad had a preservative taste to it.

The room was updated and clean.
Larger pool was freezing.

The hotel was clean with updated rooms. There are several pools, unfortunately the largest pool was too cold for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful.
