Location was outstanding - right on the beach. Have rooms with views, but expect to pay more at check-in.
This hotel sells everything - from a better location in the building to t-shirts, soap, tanning lotion, etc.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Housekeeping brought a fan to drown out the noise.
Music at the pool area was so loud the public areas could not be enjoyed by guests.
It houses late night party bars. It does not look very good in the light of the day. We would have loved to use the pool but it was impossible unless you had ear plugs. I doubt many people at the pool in the afternoon were actually registered hotel guests. No coffee in the room nor in the lobby. Unforgivable.

Pool scene, bars, restaurants, friendly staff.
Small rooms, bed not very comfy, needs an update.
Great place, cool pool area and bar scene. Poll party on Sundays, good location, great restaurants, nice staff.

Location, staff.
Loud/drunk guests, noisy hallways, small room with view on the garbage down the street.
We had to change the room (ground floor) after we spent a bad first night, kept awake by loud people traffic in the hallway. The staff was friendly enough to upgrade our room to a different floor at no charge, but then the second night we were awake by a drunk guest yelling in the hallway until security had to intervene.

Pool area and beach access was great.
Food was extremely overpriced and valet parking was $48!
Room was nice but extras were extremely expensive. No top sheet on bed. Called house keeping for sheets but they never came. The restaurant was okay but overpriced. Drinks at the pool were also about $18 a piece. Valet parking was $48. For what I saved on the room, I spent in all the extras that were way overpriced.

Chic South Beach hotel.
No in room coffee.
The hotel is perfectly located for South Beach nightlife but no need to leave the hotel because Sky Bar and Nobu were the best.

It was a trendy hotel, right in the area I wanted to be!
The rooms were very small and not what I had expected at all for the price of the hotel.
Very good/trendy hotel for young adults. It has great restaurants and the pool is very nice. Located on Collins and walking distance to everything.

The party/club social atmosphere at the pool was fantastic!
The room decor was very minimalist and did not feel comfortable.
