Very elegant and everyone was extremely nice.
Valet parking was mandatory, and it was $27/day.
The hotel is very elegant, and they do all the "extras" for you...flowers in your room, turn-down service in the evening, paper on your door in the morning, free morning coffee in the common areas, excellent fitness area with free bottled water and fruit. The only negative is the mandatory valet parking ($27/day) and the room service is very expensive!

Very nice accommodations, great customer service!
Customer service was excellent. I have stayed in other 5 star hotels that seemed a little more "posh" but I was definitely not disappointed with this. This seemed like an older hotel. nice, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was ultimately comfortable!

Everything! It was beautiful and the staff was great.

We were so please with this hotel we did not want to leave. My husband and I had to go to TX for business. We arrived on Sunday for our Monday meeting. Had I know how wonderful this hotel was, we would have gone on Sat. The staff was very nice and Michael told us of a great restaurant to try (El Tiempo). Thanks Michael! I cannot comment on the restaurant in the hotel or the pool because we, unfortunately, did not have time for either. read more
